General Information

Please remember that we are a one-man shop and our products are make-to-order; this means that these products are not pre-made (we only make them after you purchase the item). Our average processing time on most items is 3-5 business days. Sequin ears are an exception but we try to keep you updated in our shop banner. After processing time, shipping time will then take in to effect and will depend on what shipping option you choose at checkout.

Shipping options available: (shipping time for US items only) 
First Class Mail: 3-5 business days 
Priority Mail: 2-3 business days 
Express Mail: 1-2 business days

International buyers please be aware that your postal system may charge a customs fee on your order. Once Upon a Pixie is not responsible for this fee and has no control over your order being charged the fee. Your purchase with us will not include this possible customs fee. We will not refund any part of your purchase if your order is charged a customs fee.

Once Upon a Pixie is not personally responsible for lost or delayed mail. If your item is lost in transit we will happily refund your purchase or ship you a new item. We will not, however, refund or replace your order if your item is marked as delivered with the tracking number that is provided to you. If it is marked as delivered by USPS but you do not have the item in your mail, you will need to open a claim for lost mail with USPS or go to your local post office for more information. All the information that we will have is the tracking information. Refunds will NOT be given for packages that arrive late due to USPS delays.  If you are concerned with shipping speed, we suggest selecting priority mail at checkout.

If you need by a certain date and you are unsure of expected arrival please contact us before placing your order so we can try to accommodate your needs as much as we can. 

Exchanges/Returns: Ears

We do not accept returns on ear orders.  If, however, there is a problem or defect with your item, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order so that we may correct the problem.  If applicable, any returns need to be postmarked for return within 48 hours of you notifying us of the problem and the item must be returned in the same condition it was delivered in. Buyer is fully responsible for return/exchange shipping.

Exchanges/Returns: Apparel



We do not accept returns or exchanges on items that you simply no longer want anymore. Any cancellation of orders must be made prior to shipment.

Any Disney characters, images, or references made on our site or products belong to their respective owners. We do not sell the rights to these characters, images, or references, nor do we claim ownership to them. Disney and Walt Disney affiliated companies do not endorse, sponsor, support, or make any of the products that we currently sell in our shop. In some cases the artwork we use is trademarked and/or copyrighted.
